Whether you’re seeking quiet reflection, connection, or simply a break from busy life, this day offers space to breathe, think, and rest.

You are free to join group activities or spend time on your own—there is no pressure, just presence.
Trip Details
When: Next visit arranged for 5 May
(Future visits will be arranged, we aim to visit once per month)
Meet at: Parkstone United Reformed Church at 8:45am (departure at 9:00am)
Transport: Car sharing available (fuel contributions appreciated)
OR meet us at The Friary, Hilfield, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 7BE
Return: 4-4.30pm (earlier return may be possible- contact us to discuss)
Suggested donation: £5–£10
