At Poole Community Exchange we run a range of activities designed to support both body and mind, helping you feel healthier, more balanced, and more connected. Whether you want to move, reflect, or try something new, our wellness sessions are open and welcoming to everyone.

Morning Prayer
A quiet, reflective space to begin the day in peace and community. No need to book.
π When: Mondays & Fridays, 11:40am
Tai-Chi
Gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, focus, and relaxation.
π When: Every second Friday, 10:45am β 11:45am
π· Cost: Suggested donation of Β£3βΒ£5
π± Open to all abilities β come as you are, no experience needed.
Chair Yoga
A calm and supportive session that makes yoga accessible to everyone, using chairs to adapt traditional poses and stretches.
π When: Tuesdays, 10:00am β 11:15am
π· Cost: Suggested donation of Β£3+
π± Open to everyone β especially welcoming if youβre new to yoga or have limited mobility.
Karate
Build strength, focus, and confidence while learning martial arts in a supportive environment. Classes are available for both adults and children.
π When: Mondays, 5:45pm β 8:15pm

π± Open to all skill levels β from complete beginners to experienced martial artists.
