Community Meals
Sharing Food, Strengthening Community
At Poole Community Exchange, we believe that sharing a meal is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together. Our Community Meals are open to everyone—whether you’re looking for a hot meal, good company, or a chance to give back.
Around the time of COVID we received grants totalling £25,000 to refurbish our community kitchen in the Parkstone United Reformed Church. This is where our delicious 2 course meals are freshly cooked.
🕒 When & Where
We host community meals three times a week in the Community Lounge. Everyone is welcome. See the About page for more information about our opening times.
🌱 What to Expect
- A freshly-cooked, nutritious meal with the option of a meaty or veggie main course
- A choice of 2 delicious desserts
- Friendly faces and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
Whether you’re experiencing hardship, feeling isolated, or just want to connect over a hot meal, our doors are open.

💷 Pricing
Our community meals are open to everyone—no one is turned away. We offer our 2 course meals for a suggested donation of £5 – £8. We also offer a Takeaway option of £1 at the end of service to further strengthen our values in reducing food wastage.
